Thru TX Superbowl Sunday

We made a note that our last snow seen was 10 miles S of North Platte, NE but that changed today as the Falls at Wichita Falls were frozen and the ditches had snow visible all thru TX to Shreveport.
Weather in the 30s and 40s....cool for the Dallas superbowl.

I chose a route too close to Dallas, even tho 50 miles away - traffic and traffic lights slowed us down but raised the road rage. Plugged in Alice (GPS) and she had suggestions we didn't like so we pulled the plug. You can't be ruled by technology!! Sopped to let shopcat roam and Mike stretch. She traveled under a chain link fence and had selective hearing so Mike decided a halter collar was in order. Got to Shreveport where the Cassidys had superbowl on and a table full of snacks. Rene & I polished off Sherry & Arvid's Pomogranate wine. Excellent....who cares who won. We liked Pepsi commercials.
